ART WORK AND DESIGNS
Production of art work will start once fee is paid in full. A draft will be created and send to the customer via email or Facebook Messenger. The estimated turn around on art is 3-6 business days (this excludes weekend and holiday time).
PRODUCT ORDERS
The draft must be approved by customer before starting any order. Before approval is complete it is the client responsibility to check sizes, spelling and any other detail (logo or other) for accuracy. Once the order goes into production, any of the above errors is accepted by the client and are the client responsibility if items need to be remade.
TURNAROUND/PRODUCTION TIME
Average turnaround is 4-5 weeks once product order is place and paid in full, this does not include, holidays, or days in transit, ETA (estimate time of Arrival) it is not guarantee and Player Product Apparel is not responsible for any delays.
CANCELLATIONS
There are no cancellations on approved custom orders once the items are in production. There is no refund on a design or art fee.
RETURNS ON DEFECTIVE ITEMS
All custom orders are final and there are no returns. Any defective or misprinted garment may be returned within 2 business days after client has received them. All returns must be authorized by a sales representative prior to the return.
SHIPPING
All garments are shipped either USPS (1-9 items), or UPS (10 or more items).
PAYMENTS METHODS
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We do accept checks; however the order is not considered placed until the check clears our bank.
COLORS / SHADES / DESIGNS
Colors, shades and design may vary from approved draft art, the draft art is just a representation of the physical product.
